Director since 2017. Consultant and lecturer in Toxicogenomics, Preventive Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition for Exercise and Sport, Naturopathy, Phytomedicine, Food Chemistry and Ethics in Health Sciences since 1981. Co-founder and Professor of Preventive and Therapeutic Nutrition at CICSH - International Center for Holistic Health Training A.C., since 1989. Founder and Director of CIES - Center for Research and Education for Health A.C., since 2001.
