Professor and tutor at undergraduate (Universidad Cuauhtémoc) and postgraduate levels (Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca). Author and co-author of several scientific publications. Member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) since January 2017. Management, development, and planning of several projects of biomedical research with a multidisciplinary approach in topics of immunology and related disciplines such as cellular and molecular biology and toxicology, focused on understanding disease pathogenesis and the development of disease diagnostics and therapeutics looking for translation into human health improvements related to immunological and inflammatory diseases, particularly related to type 2 diabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndrome among others. With expertise and application of a broad range of Flow cytometric assays as well as developing methods.
